Bio-Med Tech-Girls Reception: Friday, August 7, 4:00 p.m.

Bio-Med Tech-Girls: UVA Exploratory Experience is a collaboration with UVA Department of Biomedical Engineering and the Coulter Translational Research Partnership. The experience provides an opportunity for high school students to get a hands-on, behind-the-scenes peek at biomedical research happening right now at UVA. The pilot for this program in 2014 was such a great success that we have added a day to get hands-on with tech at St. Anne’s-Belfield School’s Computer Science Lab. We also invite the community to join us in the i.Lab at UVA at 4pm on August 7 to learn about this amazing program and meet the students who have been participating in it this year.
